{Sheree: Just for fun!}

Way back in the beginning of May, I had a photoshoot with Sheree and a friend. Sheree loved the idea of a photoshoot, and I wanted to practice using different settings on my camera, as well as trying some of my ideas! For the first bit, we went to a neighbour, who had a lot of neat old trucks, tractors, and other machinery! Than we went to the river bottom, where the girls dressed up in old dresses and had a 'tea party'. The tea party pictures turned out amazing :) Unfortunately, I can't post them on the blog, but have them printed out at home!

These are just a few of the {400} pictures that I took :) Enjoy!
 I realize I'm biased, but I think my sister is pretty cute :)

{Brobbel Family}

We all do some things in life that we regret. Like treating someone badly.And later on, it makes us feel a little guilty. Well, a long time ago, Kari worked for my mom, and helped homeschool me. I was a bad kid. REALLY bad. And now everytime I see her, I remember how bad I was. Thankfully, Kari forgave me! And, she even asked me to take pictures of her kids! (Talk about forgiveness, eh?)

I had a lot of fun capturing her 4 girls!! The photo shoot was pretty casual, with me just following the girls around and snapping pictures at every opportunity! Unfortunately, the wind was blowing, LOTS, and it wasn't that warm! But it worked out :)

Gerald & Kari, thank you so much for letting me photography your girls! Also, thanks for the awesome supper :)
 The balloons lasted all of 20 seconds in the 50 km winds,but I managed to get a few pictures in before they popped and blew away!

{My Buggy}

I love old things. I love unique things. I love things that bring up good memories. That's why I was so excited when a very helpful neighbour of mine gave me this buggy from her mom (Thanks so much, Correen!). I had lots of fun ideas for how I could use this buggy! One of them included a beautiful pasture nearby full of bright colored pink weeds/plants. But I got busy, and the pink color went away, so I settled for a canola field. I'm sure my neighbours thought I was crazy, walking down the road towards the field, pushing an old baby carriage (with a doll in it, of course), with a thunderstorm approaching. But I got some cute pictures, so it was worth it :) I have more ideas for using this buggy, but just haven't gotten around to them yet :)

I was looking through my mom's photo albums from when she was little, and there she was in an old baby carriage, just like mine! Both of my Oma's thought my carriage was pretty neat, and it was interesting to hear their stories about using the buggies and way back when.

{Rach & Elitza: Just for fun!}

Meet Rachel & Elitza!
two 13 year old girls + lollipops + lotsa giggles + a camera = fun :)
I spent a super fun afternoon with them, and got lots of great pictures! Elitza is moving away, so the two girls wanted some pictures together before she left! We went from location to location, and even ended up wandering around in Fort Macleod and finding some neat spots for pictures! :)
P.S. Sorry it took so long to post these pictures! (I have more pictures coming, too) My computer was away getting fixed....and I'm sort of slacking a little since its summer :)
Since Elitza is moving, I thought the suitcase and railroad tracks were appropriate!
[ thanks for the idea, Sarah! :) ]
 Rach & Elitza, thank you so much for being super flexible and trying funny things with and for me! I had fun, and hope these pictures help you remember all the special moments of your friendship!

{Jordan: 3 months}

Meet Jordan! He is Jono's cute little nephew! :) So that made it extra special for me to take pictures of him! I know I'm not technically an auntie, but I feel pretty proud and excited anyways, and can't wait until I'm officially Jordan's auntie :) (To clarify, that won't be for years yet, definately not engaged!) You gotta love his little dimple and chubby cheeks! Jono came along to keep me company and entertain Jordan during family pictures! Ty & Monique: thank you so much for having us over and letting me take pictures of Jordan! I had fun:)  I hope you like the pictures!
that smile is gonna make him a real heartbreaker some day :)

 A baby will make love stronger,
days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller,
home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten,
& the future worth living for!
